primary funds - newly formed private equity funds, managed by top-performing independent managers

secondary market interests - purchasing interests in existing limited partnerships from investors seeking liquidity, and

liquidity managed structures - allows full funding of investor subscriptions with liquidity managed for the investor to mitigate J curve and other inefficiencies, and
