Ms. Ratter joined the firm in 2007 and is responsible for assisting with client service and administrative operations of the firm. Prior to joining PCM, she was an office administrator at Fulgent Media in Boston, MA. Ms. Ratter graduated from Newbury College with a BS degree in Legal Studies.
