Thomas M. DeLitto

Mr. DeLitto joined the Permal Group in October 1990. As EVP and Chief Operating Officer of the Permal Group Inc., Mr. DeLitto has been responsible for Permal Group’s finance, operating, administrative, legal and compliance issues since May 2000. Mr. DeLitto is also Chairman and Director of Permal Capital Management and has been overseeing the Permal Group’s private equity investment activities since October 1990. Mr. DeLitto was Gerant of Permal Group SAS from 2002 through November 2005. Prior to joining the Permal Group, Mr. DeLitto held a series of positions with Condec Corporation, a defense contractor, including an appointment as EVP of Operations and General Manager of its Condiesel Mobile Equipment Division. Mr. DeLitto was also Controller of the Avco Lycoming Division of Avco Corporation. Mr. DeLitto is a graduate of Lehigh University.
